Dijon burgers

Don’t be afraid of new meat. Substitute pork or beef if you prefer.

Ingredients
1 lb ground veal
1 Tbs Dijon mustard
1 tsp dried sage
Garlic powder, salt and pepper to taste
1 egg

Instructions
Mix all ingredients together and form into 4 patties. Pan fry or grill for 5-7 minutes per side over medium heat.
