Jen’s pork chops

This recipe is super simple and really delicious hot or cold 🙂

Pork chops
Apple cider vinegar
Salt and pepper to taste
Granulated garlic to taste
Dried Sage to taste
Dried parley to taste
Olive oil

Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well. As far as amounts go, I don’t measure. I just drizzled enough olive oil to coat all the meat and splashed in a little vinegar because a little goes a long way. I sprinkled plenty of salt and garlic powder because pork can use a lot of flavor. I add a little bit of pepper, sage and parsley and that’s it. When is all coated place in a foil lined pan and bake until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees (about 20 minutes). Serve with a salad and enjoy!
