Paleo BBQ ribs

1 pkg Pork loin back ribs
1-6 oz can tomato paste
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
1/3 cup water
1 Tbs bottled ground mustard
Olive oil
Dried minced onions
2 garlic cloves
Onion powder to taste
cayenne pepper to taste
cinnamon to taste
Salt and pepper to taste
A few splashes of tapatio

I edited this recipe for the BBQ sauce from PaleOMG. It’s so good. To make it, heat some olive oil in a small sauce pan over medium-low heat and add the minced onion. I did not measure so just kinda add enough to almost fill the bottom of the pan. Brown the onions the add the garlic and stir around for about 30 seconds. Add the rest of the ingredients. I recommend going easy on the cinnamon and cayenne pepper then taste at the end and adjust as needed. Mix everything together well and warm over low heat stirring occasionally. Taste and adjust to liking after about 10-15 min. Place ribs in slow cooker and pour sauce over the top of your ribs. Cook on low for 8-10 hours. Enjoy!
