Curry pork chops

I got the ratio of spices from a Sunny Anderson recipe but adjusted it to my liking and to fit the recipe. It’s so yummy!

2-3 lbs of pork chops
2 Tbs olive oil
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp ground coriander
2 tsp curry powder
1 tsp cayenne pepper
Granulated garlic to taste
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Add the dry spices to a bowl and mix well
Rub pork chops generously with olive oil, Worcestershire sauce and spice mix
Bake pork chops at 375 degrees until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees (about 20-30 minutes).
Serve with salad or a side of veggies.
