Onion powder to taste
Crushed red pepper flakes to taste
Dried basil to taste
Dried parsley to taste
Dried oregano to taste
Dried thyme to taste
For the toppings:
3/4 lb sliced pepperoni
1 red bell pepper, diced
1-6 oz can medium olives, sliced
1-20 oz can chunked pineapple

Instructions
Heat a skillet over medium high heat with a little olive oil in it
Season the meat by adding your desired amount to seasonings to a bowl with the meat and mixing well
Add seasoned meat to skillet and brown it breaking it up with a wooden spoon as it cooks
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Meanwhile, heat the cauliflower in the microwave to defrost it
Blitz defrosted cauliflower in a food processor to break it into smaller pieces (or finely chop it)
Add cauliflower to a bowl with crust seasonings to taste and eggs and mix well
Spread mixture evenly on an 11×17 jelly roll pan for a thin crust
Bake crust at 400 degrees for about 15 minutes until browned to your liking
Meanwhile, add the ingredients for the pizza sauce to a small saucepan and stir to mix well while heating over low heat
Stir sauce occasionally allowing flavors to meld for about 10-15 minutes
Taste sauce and adjust seasonings as needed
Pour sauce over cooked crust and top with toppings including the seasoned pork
Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes or so until toppings are cooked to your liking
Top with crushed red pepper flakes and enjoy!
