Chili lime chicken

1 lb chicken breasts, pounded thin
Chili rub
Chili sauce
2 Tbs olive oil, divided

For the chili rub:
1 Tbs Paprika
1 Tbs Granulated garlic
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp smoked paprika
2 tsp chili powder 
1 tsp salt

For the chili lime sauce:
1 Tbs tapatio
2 Tbs lime juice

Mix all rub ingredients together
Rinse and pat dry chicken
Place chicken in large ziplock bag and seal shut
Pound out chicken until thin
Rub chicken with 1 Tbs of olive oil 
Rub chicken with chili rub and press it into the chicken until well coated
Heat a large skillet over medium high heat
Add remaining olive oil
Add chicken and cook about 4 minutes a side until seared then finish off in a 375 degree oven for about 7 minutes
