Broccoli beef

1 Tbs sesame oil
5 cloves of garlic
2 Tbs freshly grated ginger root
1-1.5 lb thinly sliced beef (I used carne asada)
4 cups broccoli
Salt and pepper to taste
1 small pinch of red pepper flakes or more to taste
1/8-1/4 cup coconut aminos (to taste)

Grate ginger root
Peel and grate garlic cloves
Heat pan over high heat
Add oil and heat
Add and sauté garlic and ginger to oil for 2 minutes
Add beef 
Add salt and pepper to taste
Add a little pinch of red pepper flakes 
Sprinkle on some coconut aminos
Stir frequently to sear on all sides and brown the meat
Steam broccoli to almost as tender as you like it
When beef is about almost done, add broccoli to pan along with another tiny pinch of red pepper flakes, and salt-and-pepper to taste
Cover pan for about 90 seconds or until beef is browned throughly and broccoli is as tender as you like it)
Serve and enjoy!
