Rubbed sage & mustard porter house steak

Porterhouse steak
1/2 tsp pepper
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp sage 
2 Tbs Dijon mustard

Turn on broiler
Heat pan over medium heat
Do NOT add oil 
Place seasoned steak in pan and put pan under broiler for 4 minutes
Flip meat and put back in oven for another 4 minutes
Check doneness of meat (should be about 150 degrees)
Rub meat with pepper, garlic powder and sage
Let meat rest under foil tent
Slather steak with dijon mustard 
Serve with a salad or broccoli and enjoy!
