Updated paleo pizza

I make a cauliflower crust pizza regularly around the bowman house cuz who doesn’t love pizza and its one of Greg’s favorite meals. This time I put a new spin on the cauliflower crust and did some new toppings. I hope you try it and enjoy!

Ingredients for the crust
1 bag frozen cauliflower
2 eggs
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp dried basil, plus more for sprinkling on top
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp dried parsley
Salt and pepper to taste
2 Tbs tomato paste
Ingredients for the sauce
1-8 oz can tomato sauce
1 Tbs tomato paste
1 tsp basil
1/2 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp parsley
1 pinch red pepper flakes
2 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Topping ingredients
1/2 lb hot Italian sausage
1/2 lb pepperoni
3-4 slices cooked bacon
2 green onion bulbs
2-3 handfuls olives
1 red bell pepper
Dried Basil for sprinkling on top
1 pinch red pepper flakes

Instructions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees
Steam cauliflower in microwave with a little water in a covered container for about 9 minutes
Meanwhile, brown sausage in a skillet over medium heat and add sauce ingredients to a small sauce pan and heat over low heat mixing well
Shred cauliflower in food processor then add to bowl with rest if ingredients for crust and mix well
Spread crust mixture evenly on a greased cookie sheet and bake in 425 degree oven for 12-15 minutes until golden brown
Meanwhile, slice olives, then chop bacon, green onions and red bell pepper into small pieces
When crust is done, spread sauce evenly over crust and top with toppings
Bake for 10 minutes more
Let cool a little them slice and serve
The crust is really soft so you gotta eat it with a fork
