Italian meatballs

1.5 lb pork
1/2 onion
1 clove garlic
1 handful spinach
Onion powder
Garlic powder
Salt and pepper

Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Roughly chop spinach, finely chop onion, mince garlic and throw in a bowl
Add meat to bowl
Sprinkle with seasonings to your liking and mix thoroughly
Form mixture into meatball and bake for about 10 minutes keeping an eye on them and shaking pan every so often.
Meatballs are cooked when they reach 165 degrees internally
Serving suggestion: try with homemade ketchup and a side of broccoli
