Crab over Peach salsa & guacamole

Serves 4

8 oz flaked crab
4 tomatoes
1/2 bell pepper
Juice of 1 lime, divided
Salt and pepper to taste
1 clove garlic, divided
1/2 onion
1/3 of a can of peaches
1 red chili pepper
1 avocado
Garlic powder to taste

Finely dice tomatoes, bell pepper, and onion combine in a bowl
Finely mince the garlic and red chili pepper
Add half garlic and all chili pepper to bowl
Set aside other half of garlic for guac
Dice peaches into small pieces and add to bowl
Add Salt and pepper to taste
Add juice of 1/2 of lime, reserve other half for guac
Mix well
Add and smash avocado in a separate bowl
Add rest of garlic and lime juice to guac bowl
Add salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste
Mix guac well
Spread guac on plate, top with salsa and then crab
Eat that pile of deliciousness with a spoon! Also try with bacon! Also try with green bell pepper strips!
