Steak with bell pepper, onion and pineapple

I don’t know if this really counts as a recipe. It’s more of a meal idea. But it’s really good.


Olive oil
Garlic powder to taste
Onion powder to taste
Hot sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
1 bell pepper
1 red onion
1-20 oz can chunked pineapple


Slather steak with oil and hot sauce on both sides then sprinkle and pat in seasonings on both sides
Allow steak to come to room temp before grilling.
Cut bell pepper and onion into pieces
Wrap veggies and pineapple up in foil into a packet
BBQ steaks until meat reaches 150 degrees internally then let rest 5-15 minutes
BBQ foil packets until veggies are softened to your liking
Serve and enjoy!
