Stocking the pantry and fridge

I’m going to be posting meal plans and grocery lists to make it even easier to make the recipes I post on my blog. I’m also looking to be a paleo lifestyle coach. With that in mind, here are some things you should always have on hand to successfully love a paleo lifestyle:

The basics: meat, veggies, fruits, nuts, eggs, coconut oil, olive oil, Irish butter

For those who exercise: In addition to the basics, get some protein powder.

For my recipes: take a look at the spices and invest in them. I purchased a large bottle of many of the spices at smart and final and refill when low using WinCo’s bulk spices. It’s worth the investment!
