Crockpot Asian meatballs

Serves 3

1 onion
1 lb ground meat (I used pork)
1 egg
1/3 cup almond flour
1 Tbs garlic powder
1 Tbs ginger
1/2 tsp cumin
1/4 ground mustard
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
2 Tbs wheat free soy sauce
1 Tbs sesame oil
1 Tbs honey
1 tsp siracha
1-20 oz can diced pineapples

Dice your onion and put in bottom of crock pot
Add meat to large bowl
Whisk egg in separate bowl and add to meat
Add rest of ingredients except pineapples and mix throughout meat
Pop in the fridge for a bit if really soft
Open can of pineapples and drain
Form meatballs and tuck pineapples inside meatballs
Place meatballs in crockpot on top of onions
Cook on high 2-3 hours or until internal temperature is 165 degrees
