Pork burgers with sweet potatoes & broccoli

Serves 3

1 lb ground pork
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp sage
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 Tbs dijion mustard
1 medium sweet potato
2 Tbs olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
2 cups broccoli

Add meat to a medium bowl
Add seasoning and mustard to meat in bowl and mix well
Divide into three portions and form into burger patties
Chop sweet potatoes
Mix potatoes with olive oil, salt and pepper
Wrap potatoes up in a double layer of foil
BBQ potatoes about 10 minutes turning over about halfway thru
BBQ your burgers for about 7 minutes a side or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees
Let rest for 5 minutes or so
Microwave broccoli in a bowl with a little water and covered with a lid for about 2.5 minutes
Serve burgers with sweet potatoes and broccoli on the side
You can eat the burgers with a little more mustard on top if you like
