Tequila lime chicken

Serves 12

4 limes
1 cup tequila
1/4 cup olive oil
4 cloves of garlic
1 Serrano pepper
4 lbs chicken breasts
Salt to taste
1 or 2 avocados

Put half chicken in one ziplock bag and half in another ziplock bag
Slice off top and bottom of Serrano pepper, slice open lengthwise and remove seeds and ribs to reduce spice or leave in for a kick of spice
Slice open limes and squeeze juice into food processor or blender or bowl- whatever you have
Add tequila, olive oil, salt, 4 cloves of garlic, Serrano pepper and salt to taste
Mix in food processor or whatever your using (you have to finely nice the garlic if your just mixing in the bowl) and mix up to make a marinade
Pour half of marinade over each bag of chicken
Marinate in refrigerator at least 30 minutes (or a couple of hours if you have the time)
Grill on the BBQ on both sides until its done (165 degrees internal temperature)
Slice avocados to serve atop the chicken
